System Maintenance

Telephone systems are the life line of a majority of companies. When you sign a maintenance contract with Roebuck, you're taking out an insurance policy against a crucial asset.

Roebuck Communications can maintain your Panasonic PBX and also have experience on the older Siemens HiPath systems.

Here are some of the areas that our maintenance policy covers:

• All remote programming will be carried out free of charge
• Roebuck work strictly to SLA's to ensure your fault is dealt with ASAP.
• A fault ticket will be emailed to you, containing a reference number, that we will use to update you.
• In the unlikely event of a problem with a card in the telephone system failing, this will be replaced free of charge. Even the engineers' time will be free.
• Optional handset cover. If a handset develops a fault, we'll replace it, free of charge. Unfortunately, this doesn't cover those coffee related accidents!

That's just a tiny taster of what we can offer you. Maintenance contracts can be personalised to suit your needs. For example, we have a client that works nights, so our standard 08:00 - 18:00 contract was revised to work from 21:00 - 09:00.
