We’ll maintain your Yeastar and Sangoma systems, keeping everything up and running so you can concentrate on other business areas. This includes older systems no longer in production, such as Panasonic, Samsung and NEC.
Our Maintenance Contracts
Each contract is designed to suit your business needs. Here’s a taste of what we can cover:
All remote programming is carried out free of charge
Get a fault ticket emailed to you containing a reference number, which we use to keep you updated
Working strictly to SLA’s, we’ll ensure your fault is dealy with ASAP
If a card in the telephone system fails, which is unlikely, it will be replaced free of charge. Even the engineer’s time will be free.
We offer an optional handset cover. If a handset develops a fault, we’ll replace it free of charge. Unfortunately, this doesn’t cover those coffee-related accidents!
